This website, getpuredates.com, is operated by PureDates Foods. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products & pricing
All prices are listed in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes. MRP and selling price are displayed honestly; discounts shown are genuine launch offers, not markdowns from inflated prices. We reserve the right to revise prices for future orders.
Orders
An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud, with a full refund where payment was made.
Product information
We describe each variety's texture, taste and origin as accurately as we can. Natural products vary slightly batch to batch — that's the nature of real food.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.
